Role OverviewPerform skilled work in the preparation and service of nutritionally adequate meals, meeting production deadlines, and ensuring the quality of food products. Work in a team to provide nourishing meals to students that support student achievements.
What You Will Do
Follow daily work schedules, participate in training initiatives, operate point-of-sale systems, adhere to food safety rules, and perform kitchen duties as assigned. Assist in ensuring meal service is safe and good quality food is served according to approved meal pattern requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior food service or cashier work experience, ability to follow directions, read, and communicate in English, and computer skills are required. A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved GED Testing Program, valid Florida Driver's License, and bilingual skills are preferred.
