Job Description
Assists with day-to-day operations of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory agencies. Performs clerical support/duties necessary for optimal patient care, including safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization
  • Two (2) years of experience in food service operations
  • Ability to use PC
  • County Specific Food Handlers certification
