Job Description
The Food Service Manager 2 is responsible for administering and managing the entire food service operation for the Ohio Veterans Home Georgetown. This includes supervising frontline supervisors and lower-level food preparation and service staff, overseeing ordering of food and supplies, and performing fiscal controls of the dietary department.

Requirements

  • Completion of 2 yr. trg. program in food service preparation or hospitality management technology or 2 yrs. exp. in food service preparation
  • 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques
  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations
