Job Description
Food Service Managers partner with General Managers in planning, supervising, and managing food service operations, ensuring customer service and compliance with health and food safety regulations.
Requirements
Proficient in Customer Service Representative responsibilities
Partners with management team to ensure FiveStar customer service in the food service area
Stay up to date and informed in all health and food safety regulations
Follow up with General Managers on communications related to food service
Responsible for merchandising, including signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation of products
Collaborate with General Manager to train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities
