Food Service Manager

As a Food Service Manager, you will manage, direct, and supervise the daily operations of a quick service restaurant. You will maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members, monitor the quality of food, service, and presentation, and coach, train, and develop a team of Assistant Manager and Food Service Associates.

You will ensure the facility is staffed, create schedules to meet business needs, champion company goals and operating initiatives, and drive sales.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a leader in a restaurant or fast-food environment
• At least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired
