Job Description
The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising and participating in creating high-quality products for events and food service locations, assisting in menu pricing and preparation, and implementing and enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas.

Requirements

  • Three years of food preparation experience
  • ServSafe or Food Handling Certified
  • Knowledge of HAACP
  • Culinary training
