The Food Service Supervisor II is responsible for coordinating and supervising the entire facilities' kitchen operation, ensuring the production and serving of meals are in accordance with prescribed procedures and applicable health and sanitation regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Supervises and assists with the preparation and cooking of all items on the menu.
  • Coordinate food preparation with the established time schedule and meal service.
  • Oversee the service and delivery of meals to units as needed.
  • Ensure meals served comply with the Child Nutrition Program's requirements.
