The Food Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience. They will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the location is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation. They will oversee direct reports, assign tasks, and coach employees to meet guest service standards.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of quick service management and/or operations supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs)
