Role Overview

The Food Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring warm and welcoming experiences for every guest and client. They will be responsible for maintaining adequate stock, prepping, and staffing for daily operations, as well as supporting the build of daily prep and item lists. The supervisor will also assign tasks, coach employees, and actively respond to guest feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of quick service management and/or operations supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to articulate to General Manager and personnel
  • Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge and skill level for basic office functions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs)
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
