Role OverviewPerforms dishwashing and pot washing duties, responsible for sanitation of main kitchen and all food service equipment, and assists in training of other food service workers.
What You Will Do
Completes setup, stock and sanitation of workstations, collects and disposes of refuse, operates and cleans mechanical ware washing machines, cleans steam kettles, grills, ovens, carts, exhaust hood, refrigerators, tray line equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, and other related equipment.
