Job Description
lululemon is seeking a Footwear Developer to join their Footwear Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of footwear creation process, excellent communication skills, and experience in product development. They will work cross-functionally to develop seasonal product strategy and design vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years directly related manufacturing, product creation, or associated field experience
  • A minimum 5 years of product creation experience
  • Strong understanding of shoemaking, manufacturing, and commercialization of footwear
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Natural leader and collaborator
  • Ability to navigate project management successfully on and off seasonal calendars
