Role OverviewThe Foreign Exchange & Benefits Accounting Manager serves as the primary accounting partner to the Foreign Exchange and Compensation & Benefits functions, as well as accounting and finance professionals across KBR. The position requires leadership and direct manager oversight of employees and is responsible for work assignments, performance reviews, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
What You Will Do
Manage accounting and reporting for pension and other post-retirement benefit plans, oversee accounting for deferred compensation arrangements, manage accounting for stock-based compensation programs, review actuarial reports, and ensure accurate recording of pension and benefit obligations.

Requirements
- 9+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion HFM, Microsoft Dynamics
