Role OverviewThis role is for Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates who have passed the FPGEE and TOEFL and need to complete required US Internship hours. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist in a CVS Retail Pharmacy, completing a mixed modality learning plan to develop your pharmacy knowledge and skills. The internship must be completed within 18 months, and you will be prepared to pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams within 120 days of completion.
What You Will Do
You will process prescriptions, resolve third party rejections, perform prescription pick-up procedures, and maintain inventory. You will also deliver additional health care services such as point-of-care testing and immunization preparation as allowed by regulation. Under supervision, you will counsel patients, communicate with healthcare professionals, and support the supervising pharmacist in dispensing drugs and reviewing prescriptions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
- Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
- Active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
- Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
- Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
