Foreign Pharmacy Grad - International Pharmacy Intern

CVS Health is seeking a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate to complete required US Internship hours and apply didactic learning from pharmacy school into real-world practice to become ready for a Pharmacist role. Under the direction of a preceptor, you will complete a mixed modality learning plan designed to further develop knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role requires successful completion of the internship within 18 months and passing all required Pharmacist licensure exams within 120 days of completion.

What You Will Do

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly, fill prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service. Responsibilities include following SOPs at each workstation, contributing to positive patient experiences, offering immunizations and other services, taking telephonic prescriptions, completing inventory activities, and delivering additional patient health care services like immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowable.

Requirements

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
• FPGEC certification
• Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
