Job Description
Supervise bridge crews, plan and manage production and safety, and review construction plans. Maintain accurate reporting and possess excellent supervisory and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of experience in managing a crew of bridge carpenters, laborers, and pile drivers in a heavy highway/bridge construction environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and possess hands-on knowledge of every aspect of bridge construction
  • Excellent supervisory and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee the entire construction of bridges from start to finish
  • Ability to work on average ten hours per day, five days (and occasionally six days) per week
