Role OverviewSupervises and coordinates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations. Supervises qualified trades staff and monitors job and budget performance.
What You Will Do
Assigns and evaluates personnel according to their skill and experience. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees. Responsible for complying with technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Nice to have welding experience, VT LVL 2, and make-up experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Apprentice Certification
- High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience
- Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
