Role OverviewSupervises and coordinates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel, trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed, and recommends training to enhance skill and productivity. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with a significant financial impact on the company's performance.
What You Will Do
Breaks down broad strategies into practical action plans, ensures employees are trained to perform these plans, and complies with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a Bachelor's Degree, Apprentice Certification, or relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, and/or military experience. Nice to have a strong understanding of AI/ML, engineering, and technology solutions.

- Apprentice Certification
- High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience
- Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
