Role OverviewThe Foreman Electrical will supervise, assign, and coordinate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience, and job knowledge. They will be responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance.
What You Will Do
The Foreman Electrical will break broad strategies down to practical action plans, ensure employees are trained to perform these plans, and comply with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc.

Requirements
- BS/Apprentice
- High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience
- Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
- Internal candidates must have a Superior Attendance and Disciplinary Record
- Candidate cannot have more than 3 unexcused absences in the last 180 day period
- Candidate cannot have any safety DANS that result in a disciplinary layoff in last 180 day period
- Candidate cannot have more than 2 total DANS in the last 180 day period (excluding lost tool)
- Must be willing and able to work any shift assigned
