Role OverviewAs a Lead Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising the installation and repair of glass, windows, and related products at various job sites. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You Will Do
Install, repair, and replace various types of glass, including windows, storefronts, curtain walls, all glass walls, doors and hardware. Mentor and guide Helpers and Mechanics in proper Installation techniques and safety practices.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in the glazing industry or a related construction trade
- Proficient in glass handling, installation of curtain walls, storefronts, and door systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and layout drawings
- Strong understanding of glazing techniques, tools, materials, and hardware
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to teach and learn
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work at heights, and operate in various weather conditions
