Role OverviewThis is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires working in all types of weather conditions. As a Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you'll oversee crews, ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule, and manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
What You Will Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines, safely operate and control assigned equipment, assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities, and oversee and help with training of crew members.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires at least three years of related experience and previous Foreman experience is preferred. You'll need to be comfortable performing hands-on, physically demanding work in an outdoor field environment.
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- A valid driver's license
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
- At least three years of related experience
- Previous Foreman experience preferred
