Foreman

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• 2 years of documented experience in geotechnical / geostructural design-build construction or heavy civil construction
• Prior experience leading crews in a Foreman or lead role
• Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, bend, and work from heights or within confined spaces
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of materials over rough terrain
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
• Local and regional travel as required for projects
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record
