Job Description
Schnabel is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a specialized construction crew in the execution of assigned scopes of work. The Foreman ensures tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, while coordinating closely with the Superintendent and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Direct and supervise daily activities of a designated work crew
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are hit
  • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within crew
