Foreman

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate a team of workers in specialized trade
• Ensure that work is completed according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and other technical documents to ensure accurate execution of tasks
• Assign and delegate tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to project managers or supervisors
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on-site
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and correct any issues as needed
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills and improve team performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly maintained for efficient project completion
• Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues quickly and professionally to avoid project delays
