Role OverviewSupervises and coordinates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel to improve quality and quantity of work performed. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance.
What You Will Do
Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Nice to have welding experience, make-up supervisor experience, apprentice school graduate, and VT LVL 2 certification.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Apprentice Certification
- High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience
- Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
