Job Description
The Service Foreman exercises direct supervisory responsibility assigned Service Technicians, assists in diagnosis of mechanical difficulties, and recommends needed repairs. They also assist the Service Advisor in greeting customers, selling service labor, and writing repair orders.

Requirements

  • CDL preferred
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a related field
  • Proven service background and knowledge of warranties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good employee and customer service skills
  • Good leadership abilities
  • Positive can-do attitude
