Role OverviewAs a Foreman of Telecom Aerial Equipment, you will lead teams responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom infrastructure. This role requires expertise in aerial fiber and telecom systems, ensuring project efficiency, coordinating crew activities, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Lead and supervise a team of telecom laborers and aerial equipment operators to complete fiber optic and telecom line installation, repair, and maintenance. Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years of experience operating and maintaining aerial telecom equipment and supervising crews
- Valid state driver’s license with two years of driving experience and an acceptable record
- Three years of experience in aerial telecom equipment operation, with at least one year in a leadership role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job plans, and specifications for aerial telecom projects
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Capable of working safely in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and high winds
