Role OverviewLead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are followed. This position includes work direction, coordination, and oversight of a specific crew(s) ranging from 2-8 employees or subcontractors.
What You Will Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines, shovel, dig, handle, and operate construction equipment, excavation operations, general oversight, and assist in securing site and employees' safety.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be willing to face issues in a positive manner, and resolve day-to-day conflicts as they arise. Previous Foreman experience is preferred.
Requirements
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening
- Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed
