Job Description
The Ohio Department of Public Safety is seeking a Forensic Financial Intelligence Manager to provide investigative support through the extraction and analysis of electronic devices, criminal case support, trend analysis, cryptocurrency tracing, and dark web investigations. The successful candidate will manage and monitor all fiscal functions within the program, conduct advanced analysis of financial data, and identify and trace funding sources and interrelated transactions. The position also requires the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Secret level Security Clearance.

Requirements

  • Manage and monitor all fiscal functions within the program by conducting thorough forensic financial analysis of businesses, individuals or groups identified as participating in suspicious or illegal activity
  • Conduct, oversee and manage advanced analysis of financial data and other information relevant to financial crimes, including activity involving cryptocurrency
  • Identify and trace funding sources and interrelated transactions, identify assets for forfeiture or seizure and calculate losses
  • Compile findings and conclusions into financial investigative reports
  • Establish priorities and supervise subordinate personnel
