Role Overview

The Warehouse Foreman will be responsible for identifying process and training gaps, establishing training, executing training, and monitoring process adherence. As an individual contributor in this role, you will support the shift supervisor for process accuracy related to the physical movement of material as well as the necessary ERP transactions.

What You Will Do

Implement processes/strategies and develop employee relationships to exceed our customers’ needs, establish KPIs to track adherence/deviation from established processes for coaching opportunities, maintain proper process documentation, training signoffs, related documentation, analyze results to identify additional needs, conducts coaching and disciplinary measures to hourly employees, manage suppliers to levels of delivery and quality performance required by Xylem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Project Management certificate a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers.
  • Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Bilingual a plus
