Role OverviewAs a Forklift Operator at Pratt Industries, you will play an essential role in maintaining the flow of materials by moving various sized units and products to the correct staging areas. You will also maintain accurate records of inventory locations, perform basic equipment maintenance, assist with general operations, and ensure housekeeping duties are completed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in the corrugating industry, forklift operation, or working with warehouse management systems is preferred
- Lift Truck Operator License (must be maintained)
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift materials
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
