Role OverviewWe are seeking a Forklift Mechanic to join our team at our San Antonio, TX Service Center. The successful candidate will have experience with the repair/maintenance of industrial fork trucks, electric and manual pallet jacks, and aerial lifts. They will work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
What You Will Do
The Forklift Mechanic will be responsible for rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining forklifts, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lifts. They will also use a computer for various tasks, including creating repair work orders.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, 3 years of experience in forklift maintenance, and the ability to lift up to 125lbs. They will also be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- 3 years of experience with the repair/maintenance of industrial fork trucks
- Electric & manual pallet jack repair/maintenance experience
- Aerial lift repair/maintenance experience (plus)
- Ability to use a computer for various tasks
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
