Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team in the material handling industry in Baltimore, MD. This individual will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for a range of material handling equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field (such as electrical, mechanical, or industrial technology) preferred
  • Proven experience as a field service technician, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently on a variety of equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in physically demanding environments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple service calls
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call as required for emergency service requests
