Role OverviewGraham Packaging is looking for a Forklift Operator based in Prattville, AL. This opening is for 2nd Shift, working from 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm, Monday-Friday. The Forklift Operator performs a combination of product handling and lift truck operating duties to stack, transport, and store work-in-process and finished goods.
What You Will Do
The primary duties of a Forklift Operator include safely and effectively operating a forklift, getting forklift certified, and performing a safety lift truck inspection and battery check. The operator must also follow all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year forklift experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate must also be able to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
