Role OverviewOperate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries, and move them to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. Safely and accurately load finished product onto trailers for shipping.
What You Will Do
Load and unload inbound shipments, move merchandise to storage locations, perform quality checks on inbound goods, and identify and report mechanical and electrical faults to the supervisor or technicians.

Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of forklift experience
- Pass background check, drug screen, physical, and Caetus Aptitude testing
- Ability to read production sheets
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to add, subtract, and multiply
- Self-motivated
- Professional Attitude & conduct
- Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline
- Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
- Willing to travel and work away from home when and if required
- Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
- Take Caedus placement test for skill assessment
- Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed, and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
- Be at least age 18 years of age due to nature of working environment
