Role OverviewThe Forklift Operator will work safely at all times, be aware of surroundings, and understand and comply with Pratt Industries Safety rules and procedures. The role involves performing a variety of tasks in the assigned department, including housekeeping and cleaning of work areas, moving units and products, and maintaining accurate records for inventory accuracy.
What You Will Do
The Forklift Operator will perform general duties and responsibilities as required, including maintaining accurate records, performing basic forklift equipment maintenance, and adhering to production schedules. The role also involves working overtime as necessary and sometimes on short notice.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous Pratt and/or 1 year of forklift operation experience, as well as experience with "scanner" or "barcode" warehouse management inventory systems. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to problem solve.

- Experience with "scanner" or "barcode" warehouse management inventory systems preferred
- Must have the ability to; multi-task, positive interpersonal communication, be able to problem solve, read and understand a tape measure, excellent time management skills
