Role OverviewThe Forklift Operator Order Picker is responsible for operating forklifts and walkies safely and efficiently, maintaining warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping, and ensuring all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly. The role requires a sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to work with limited supervision. The successful candidate will possess a good stable work and attendance record, and have experience in building pallets with stock and breaking down stock to fill independent orders.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Forklift Operator Order Picker include picking product from inventory for order fulfillment, driving sit-down forklifts and walkies, assembling individual packages into ship-ready orders, moving stock to proper warehouse locations, and verifying orders are complete and accurate.
