Job Description
The Forklift Trainer will help ensure that our local talent have proper instruction on various forklifts and EPJs, while overseeing performance and safety of Employbridge talent.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience on a Cherry Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down Forklift (within the last 5 years)
Formal Power Industrial Training (i.e. Train the Trainer)
Clear verbal communication and comfort level speaking to groups
Understanding of basic warehouse functions including shipping/receiving, order pulling, ticketing/tagging, kitting, packing
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems
Strong customer service abilities
Ability to travel between our branch office and customer locations
