Role OverviewJoin our Manufacturing Operations team as a Forming Supervisor, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely movement of components throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
What You Will Do
Coordinate production component movement, attend department meetings, manage action items, collaborate with internal customers, support Operations Supervisors, and ensure material movement and transaction accuracy.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree in Operations or related discipline
- Previous manufacturing experience in a discrete manufacturing environment
- Strong process discipline and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and sustain newly implemented processes
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems and labor/material transaction processing
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred
Benefits
- Pay rate: $30.00 - $35.00 hourly (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
