Role OverviewThis role sits between a customer's financial and clinical data and the AI systems that run on top of it. You will reverse-engineer each customer's business rules, from payer contract logic to chart-of-accounts idiosyncrasies, and build the transformations that map raw customer data into Translucent's unified ontology and semantic layer.

Review customer data models, codify business rules, build in SQL, own correctness, and expand the ontology.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL, plus working proficiency in Python
- Experience with data transformation tools and modern data pipelines
- Deep familiarity with healthcare financial and clinical data, such as payer contract logic and chart-of-accounts structures
- Comfort working directly with customer finance and clinical stakeholders, including occasional on-site visits
