Role OverviewAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be 100% customer-facing and responsible for translating client workflows into a fully configured platform deployment. You will work directly with stakeholders like CTOs, COOs, and operations leads, and help size up the unit economics that inform pricing.
What You Will Do
Own customer deployments end to end as the primary technical point of contact, build custom integrations, tooling, and agent configurations in the codebase, set up monitoring and checks and balances for deployments, and assess and prototype net-new integrations and products.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
- Comfortable working in a codebase and familiar with APIs and their scopes
- Semi-technical: able to build additional tools and configurations
- Strong customer-facing presence, including comfort with C-suite stakeholders
- Willing to travel roughly 5-30%
