Role OverviewWe are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to get our AI features working for real venues. This role is based in San Francisco, in office 5 days per week, and involves working closely with sales, customer success, and engineering. The goal is to make it effortless to plan events by combining intuitive software with AI agents.
What You Will Do
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own AI adoption for our customers end to end. This includes embedding, customizing, and driving adoption of AI features to make them successful. You will also feed the product by turning patterns across customers into improvements for the core product.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who loves working with customers, has a technical background, and has experience building products with AI features. Bonus experience in hospitality, restaurants, or events is also a plus.
