Job Description
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our growing team. The role involves leading technical discovery, design solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation of Super.AI's platform, working directly with enterprise customers to ensure they unlock maximum value.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in software engineering, automation consulting, solutions architecture, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, databases, workflow tools) and modern automation frameworks.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, OCR, and prompt engineering.
Strong programming or scripting skills for data manipulation (Python preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple parallel projects.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent proficiency in professional written and spoken English.
