Job Description
Onos Health is seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to help fix how behavioral health care is managed, delivered, and paid for in the United States. The role involves owning a portfolio of 1-2 health plan customers, translating their clinical and operational needs into product direction, and working directly with the engineering team to ship.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in product management and/or consulting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management discipline
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business and engineering
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
