Role OverviewThe Forward Deployed Product Manager will support the push to upper mid-market and enterprise clients, and will have multiple responsibilities, including supporting e2e ERP lifecycle process and success for 1-2 bigger clients, building new product capabilities/solutions within the DOSS ERP platform, and contributing to best practices and process improvements across the team.
What You Will Do
Support e2e post sales customer lifecycle from discovery, design, product implementation and go-live across our bigger clients, conduct cross functional deep dives across customer organization to map end-to-end business processes and workflows, build new product capabilities that help support DOSS's push to upper mid market and ENT clients, and contribute to initiatives to drive improvements in DOSS product and customer lifecycle processes via automation and AI.

Requirements
- 2+ years in engineering (industrial, process, computer etc.), consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company
