Role OverviewAs a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will be embedded in implementation pods to turn client and internal needs into clear product requirements, bridging product, delivery, and implementation teams during rollout. This role helps define workflows, prototype solutions, and shape agent behavior in real-world use.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include gathering and clarifying business requirements, translating ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, prototyping flows and solutions, partnering with Technical Account Managers, and documenting decisions and process changes.
