Job Description
Upbring is seeking an Administrative Assistant to maintain accurate participant data, process invoices and reimbursements, manage office operations, and provide excellent customer service to foster and adoptive families. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and supporting training preparation and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
Complete and maintain accurate data for participants, including official documents into the Agency’s database.
Process invoices and reimbursements assigned to the branch office.
Professionally greet visitors and provide information.
