Job Description
New Jersey Mentor provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth. As a Case Manager, you will provide case management services, conduct home visits, and coordinate care with other service providers. You will also identify and procure group services to maximize the individual’s ability to live outside an institution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent in education and experience
  • One year of related work experience and knowledge of case management
  • Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Ability to establish working relationships with individuals served
  • Demonstrated competence in verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle crisis situations
