Job Description
The Foster Care Case Manager works under the supervision of the Executive Director to deliver case management services and supervise children in foster placement. They develop individual treatment plans and maintain weekly contact with foster families, children, and bio-families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field
  • Two years' experience working with children and families (or five years' experience with a placing agency working with troubled children and families)
  • Good verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to work with children, parents, foster parents, client agencies, and the courts
