Job Description
Pennsylvania Mentor provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives. As a Foster Care Case Manager, you will provide support and resources to children and foster families, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
  • One year of work-related experience working with youth placed at-risk
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Reliable and responsible attitude, compassionate approach, and commitment to quality
