Job Description
Massachusetts Mentor provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth in Massachusetts. As a Program Director, you will manage the day-to-day operations of at-risk youth foster care programs and teams.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social work, Human Services or another closely related clinical field
  • Foster care and/or DCF experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience supervising teams of 10+ staff required
  • LCSW/LICSW licensure preferred but not required
